When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information necessary to provide the Service.
Google Ads Account Data
With your authorization, we access data from your Google Ads account, including:
- Local Services Ads (LSA) lead information, including lead type, status, and contact details
- Call recordings and transcripts associated with LSA leads
- Messages and emails received through LSA leads
- Lead disposition and booking status
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, device information, and IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service — Analyze your LSA leads using AI, generate quality scores, and update lead dispositions in your Google Ads account
- Improve our AI models — We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our scoring algorithms. Individual lead data or personally identifiable information is never used in model training without explicit consent.
- Communicate with you — Send account-related notifications, respond to support requests, and provide service updates
- Maintain security — Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations — Meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements
3. Google Ads API Data
ScoreLSA accesses your Google Ads data solely to provide lead scoring, analysis, and disposition services as described in our Service. Specifically:
- We do not sell your Google Ads data to any third party.
- We do not share your Google Ads data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending call transcripts to our AI provider for scoring).
- We do not use your Google Ads data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing and improving the ScoreLSA service.
- We do not transfer your Google Ads data to third-party tools or services unrelated to the Service.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Storage & Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:
- Infrastructure — All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the United States
- Encryption at rest — Data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
- Encryption in transit — All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher
- Access controls — Role-based access controls limit data access to authorized personnel only
- Audit logging — All access to customer data is logged and monitored
- OAuth tokens — Your Google Ads OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted. We never store your Google account password.
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts — Lead data and scoring results are retained for the duration of your subscription to provide historical reporting and analytics.
- After cancellation — Lead data is retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation to allow for reactivation or data export.
- Account deletion — Upon request for account deletion, all associated data (including leads, scores, account information, and Google Ads OAuth tokens) is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 90 days.
- Backups — Encrypted backups are retained for up to 90 days for disaster recovery and are subject to the same deletion timelines.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ScoreLSA:
- OpenAI — We send lead data (call transcripts, messages, and emails) to OpenAI's API for AI-powered analysis and scoring. Data sent to OpenAI via the API is not used to train OpenAI's models per their data usage policies.
- Stripe — Handles payment processing. We do not store your full credit card information; Stripe manages this in their PCI-compliant environment.
- Google Cloud Platform — Provides infrastructure, data storage, and computing services.
- Google Ads API — Used to read lead data and update lead dispositions in your Google Ads account.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and data protection practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data and account
- Data export — Export your lead data and scoring history in a machine-readable format
- Revoke access — Revoke ScoreLSA's access to your Google Ads account at any time through your Google Account permissions
- Opt out — Opt out of non-essential communications
